Wedding Guitarist, Entertainer, and DJ
Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Trevor Jones and I am a highly experienced Wedding Guitarist, DJ and entertainer having performed at countless weddings and functions in and around Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and the northwest for many years. I am also a professional guitar tutor based in Southport Merseyside.
I provide a first class music entertainment service that caters for every aspect of your wedding entertainment from your choice of ceremony music and afternoon entertainment (drinks reception and wedding breakfast) through to and including a full and flexible disco service for your evening entertainment. You can book me as your guitarist for the day time aspect of your wedding, as your DJ for your evening reception or both. All packages can be “mixed and matched” and so tailored according to your specification and requirements making your day extra special.
Choosing to have a live musician to perform at your wedding creates both a visual and atmospheric effect that makes a big difference to your wedding, helping to make it a day to remember and adding a touch of class to the occasion.
Imagine the gentle and romantic sound of the classical Spanish guitar playing your specially chosen song as you walk down the aisle for your ceremony and performing in the background as you are signing the register, then finally a special piece played as you both exit the ceremony ready to celebrate the rest of the day!
Many types of music are played on the Spanish guitar that range from traditional classical and Spanish music through to more recent and popular music that has been specifically arranged for the instrument yet still giving out that gentle and ambient sound that is recognised as the Spanish guitar
Classical Spanish Guitar music is popular for various occasions such as corporate events and especially weddings, catering for civil and church ceremonies, the drinks reception and also the wedding breakfast, adding atmosphere and ambience helping to make your wedding day a successful and memorable occasion.
I can play without amplification if the ceremony room is small enough, but generally amplification is advisable so as to give a better projection of sound ensuring that you and your guests will be able to enjoy the guitar music. Just enough amplification is used so as the music can be heard but is not overbearing and is never too loud, plus the type of amplification that I use preserves that typical Spanish guitar sound that is so pleasing to the ear, adding elegance and a “touch of class” to your wedding day.
